Additional capabilities are continuously being added.
How do AI Agents differ from IVR systems?
Unlike rigid IVR systems, AI Agents handle natural, dynamic conversations. While IVR’s work on keywords, AI Agents understand natural language, plan and execute a series of steps. AI Agents can handle unforeseen scenarios.
Are Agents customizable?
Definitely. Each Agent is built for a specific business and purpose. It is like having Siri or Alexa, for your own business. You can name them to suit your business.
How can my customers interact with my AI Agent?
Your customers call your business number as usual and your AI Agents handle them, if you don’t.
Your customers text your AI Agent's number to converse using SMS or respond to Agent-initiated messages.
What are Agent channels?
Your Agents can communicate on various channels, including Phone and SMS. You get the phone channel by default. Other channels are available as add-ons if your subscription enables them.

How do Agents communicate?
AI Agents are multi-modal, meaning they can understand and respond via both voice and text. They are also multi-channel, meaning they use channels like phone, SMS, WhatsApp, WebChat and Web Voice
Do they transfer calls to various departments?
Yes, they answer calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
Can an AI Agent transfer a conversation to another Agent?
Yes, your AI Agents can transfer conversations among themselves. Your plan should enable Agent Network for this capability.
What are outbound conversations?
Your Agents can initiate communications proactively and handle the conversation naturally when the recipient responds—allowing your business to start conversations on your terms. You initiate such conversations through the Agent User Interface.
What are Notification messages?
Agents may take notes from customers and deliver them to staff via SMS. They can also send your business-related web links to customers via SMS. These are called Notification messages because they are not part of an ongoing conversation—they are an offshoot action the Agent takes on your behalf.
Can I use multiple Agents for one business?
Yes! You can deploy multiple agents, each with a distinct purpose—like sales, scheduling, support, and more. You need a subscription that allows multiple agents.
Do AI Agents work together?
Agents collaborate with each other and escalate to human team members when needed, ensuring smooth handoffs and excellent customer experiences. Make sure your subscription enables 'Agent Network'
Do I need to install software?
There is no software for you to install. Our platform runs securely in the Cloud. We configure your Agent based on your business needs.
How do AI Agents integrate with my communication systems?
We assign a regular phone number to your AI Agent. You configure your phone system to transfer calls that you do not answer to the Agent.
How are channels priced?
The phone channel is included in your subscription. Each additional channel can be added when you need it for a monthly activation fee. You pay for usage on each channel based on your monthly consumption. See our Pricing page for channel activation fees and usage charges.
Do I pay for usage on my phone channel?
Your subscription includes the phone channel and a monthly minute allowance. Choose a plan that covers your monthly needs. Any overage minutes are charged additionally, keeping your costs predictable.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All communications are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is yours alone—we do not use it for any other purpose. We minimize data retention. We redact most data after its life period.
Do you use third-party services?
We use trusted services like Twilio, Google and OpenAI, and we’re transparent about the services we use.
Can you support custom integrations?
Yes! We offer standard integrations and are open to custom solutions if you have unique systems.
Can we embed your system in ours?
Yes, you can go to market quicker with our platform in your solution. We are open to partnerships.
